ShopFactory SalesManager has been designed to make dealing with your orders and customers easier.
It imports your orders from your email program into an Access compatible database, to allow you to easily keep on top of them.
Our SalesManager program is compatible with mail programs using MAPI such as
· Microsoft Outlook,
· Microsoft Outlook Express,
· Eudora and others.
It is a program that stands on its own and will interface with your default email program
( having MAPI format).
Please refer to your email software to ensure it supports the MAPI mail standard.
Also recommended is our SalesManager PGP Add-on which allows you to import order emails encrypted with PGP.
By using the SalesManager PGP Add-on, all your order emails sent securely over the Internet with PGP encryption will automatically be decrypted and stored by SalesManger for you to view.
The SalesManager was designed for the management of customer details and marketing purpose in mind. You can have an overview of all your customer contacts for mail outs,
and create targeted advertising to a select group of customers if you so wish.
The Access database file that is created with SalesManager is stored on the local
disk of the computer as the software was designed for standalone computers.
The access database makes mail outs for special marketing campaigns very easy as
mailing labels can be quickly created.
SalesManager requires emails from e-commerce shops created with ShopFactory 5.4 or above. You must have the order file attachment enabled under Properties – Other in the ShopFactory program before the shop is published to the web server to ensure that you will receive the order attachments.
