We just wanted to let your team know how happy we are with the increased sales we are generating through our ShopFactory shopping cart. We noticed a major increase of sales especially when we upgraded our website http://www.naturepacific.com/. As fast as the new pages were being uploaded the sales were coming in.

Our company originally began selling online via eBay and today we are 'eBay Power Sellers' selling globally online. What has amazed us is that now our online ShopFactory store sales are starting to outstrip our daily eBay sales. We made a decision when we upgraded our website to list larger bulk items exclusively on our main website and this has really started to pay off as ShopFactory generated sales are averaging much higher sales averages.

While we knew that ShopFactory was supposed to assist in generating SEO, we were amazed to see that just through our constant updating of our site and various cross promotions that our site is now No.1 in Google search engines.

As directors of Nature Pacific Pty. Ltd. we also sponsor and maintain various websites and blogs for our remote island community — the Banabans who are often referred to as the 'Forgotten People of the Pacific'. Because of the success and ease of use with ShopFactory we have now upgraded our main Banaban community site — www.banaban.com which is an information based site to ShopFactory as well. We have interwoven and linked our company and various blogs together and also included the ever growing trend to Social Media with shared links through to Facebook and Twitter.

As the person in our company that designs and does the sites it is great to be able to talk to your development and sales teams who offer such great advice and have really assisted with any types of software conflicts we may have encountered in the past.
