SalesMananager Pro was developed, to make it easy for shop owners to manage their orders and customers. SalesManager Pro is included with ShopFactory Gold and available as an Add-On for ShopFactory Pro.

Orders are automatically imported into an Access compatible database on your computer.

Keeping in touch with customers

Only available in SalesManager Pro

SalesManager Pro allows you to keep in touch with your customers.

Automatically let SalesManager Pro create lists of your customers for you depending on what they have purchased, where they come from, when they ordered and more - then contact them with the built-in mailing program.

Or generate address lists to contact your customers via snail mail - its just as easy.

Export your orders to other programs

Only available in SalesManager Pro
SalesManager Pro has been prepared to allow you to export your orders into other backend systems. You can easily export orders in a comma-delimited format - or create your own export format with the included export templating system. 

Compatible with GlobeCharge Fraud Protection

SalesManager and SalesManager Pro have been designed to be compatible with Certified by GlobeCharge. An integrated Fraud protection system will alert you to fraud attempts when you use Certified by GlobeCharge.

PGP encryption add-on


If you use SalesManager to import email orders we recommend to use the SalesManager PGP Add-on which allows you to import order emails encrypted with PGP.

By using the SalesManager PGP Add-on, all your order emails will be securely encrypted while being sent via the Internet and will automatically be decrypted and stored by SalesManger for you to view.

This is not required if you use GlobeCarge online order management.

Technical Requirements

SalesManager imports your orders from your email program into an Access compatible database.

SalesManager is compatible with mail programs using MAPI such as

  • Microsoft Outlook,
  • Microsoft Outlook Express,
  • Eudora and others.

It is a program that stands on its own and will interface with your default email program
( having MAPI format). It does not require ShopFactory.

Please refer to your email software to ensure it supports the MAPI mail standard.
